On August 26, Professor Joseph JY Sung, President and Vice-Chancellor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Professor Henry N.C. Wong, Vice-President, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of CUHK and other 8 senior delegates from CUHK paid a visit to Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Professor Jian Ding, General Director of SIMM warmly welcomes the CUHK delegation and gave a comprehensive overview of the history and scientific achievements of SIMM. In terms of the mutual interests and future collaboration models, both sides had heated discussions.
SIMM and CUHK have had a long-term collaborative relationship. Professor Sung commented that SIMM and CUHK have complementary advantages. Both sides agreed that mutual exchanges and communications should be further strengthened in the near future.
