Two seminars, Symposium on Cancer Research and Neurodegenerative Disease and Symposium on Medical Technology, have been successfully held in 2012.
17 delegates from Switzerland, mainly from ETH Zürich, University of Geneva and University of Basel, representatives from Roche and Novartis, as well as over 60 domestic academic and industrial experts, graduate students from China gathered at SIMM. 21 high quality lectures were presented followed by a round table discuss in the symposium. This Symposium provided the participants not only new perspectives and ideas in natural products and drug discovery research, but also a strong promoter for further research cooperation and scientific exchanges between two countries.
