Chemical Proteomics Center (CPC)

The Chemical Proteomics Center (CPC) focuses on the development of new mass spectrometry-based proteomics technologies and use of these technologies to characterize protein and post-translational modifications (PTMs) in personalized drug discovery. The aim of CPC is to elucidate disease mechanisms, to identify new drug targets and biomarkers, and to explore new therapeutic approaches for precision medicine. CPC establishes various proteomics-based platforms, including quantitative proteomics, system-wide PTM profiling, histone epigenetic modification analysis, protein-protein interactome analysis and integrated bioinformatics analysis for multi-omics data. The studies are published in peer-reviewed journals such as Cell, Nature, Cancer Cell, Cell Stem Cell, Cell Metabolism, Molecular Cell, Nature Communications, EMBO J, etc..
