The Center for Chemical Proteomics aims to characterize protein post-translational modification (PTM) pathways and their roles in drug development and personalized medicine.. By integrating state-of-the-art mass spectrometry, biochemistry and bioinformatics technologies, the center has established a cutting-edge proteomics research platform to conduct forefront multi-disciplinary researches. The center currently focuses on characterization of novel PTM pathways and biomarker discovery on protein modification regulatory enzymes.
