Development of drug discovery technology based on DNA-encoded library platform
Design and synthesize DNA-encoded libraries for specific targets to accelerate small molecules, cyclic peptide and nucleic acid drugs by combining DNA-encoded library with other drug development technologies (artificial intelligence drug design, chemo-proteomics, natural product drug development, etc.)
1. Design, synthesis and screening of focused DNA-encoded libraries for specific targets
2. Design, synthesis and screening technology development of DNA-encoded cyclic peptide libraries, sugar libraries and covalent libraries
3. Development of targeted delivery technology for nucleic acid drugs
4. Application of DNA-encoded libraries in the development of protein degradation drugs (molecular glue and Protacs)
